Exchanges Items can be exchanged in an unused shape for another design within 21 days of delivery or returned for a refund. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value and all exchange shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. At the moment, we only accept exchanges within the US and cannot accept exchanges or returns on any custom items.
Returns Items can be returned in an unused, perfect condition for another design within 21 days of delivery. All return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Once we receive the item you would like returned, we will refund your order in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable and we do not accept returns on custom orders.
