» Do you make custom cases?

Yes, you can actually design your own case right on our website. Check out our custom case designer.

 

»Can you make cases for other types of phones?

At the moment, we only make cases for iPhone 4/4S, iPhone 5/5S/5C/SE, iPhone 6/6S, and iPhone 7. We will definitely try to expand our device options in the future. 

 

»What's the difference between a tough and snap case?

Although shipping rates and delivery times vary, we ship worldwide.

 

»I need my order soon. What can I do?

e-Gift cards are available to purchase here. e-Gift cards are sent to the customer's email immediately after purchase and there are no additional processing fees. It's that easy. We also offer 2-3 day Priority Mail for US customers.

   

» When will I receive my order?

We ship out orders within two business days of order placement. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation which will include tracking information for your order. Click here for more information. If you are unable to track your order, contact us here and we'll gladly help you out.

» I accidentally ordered the wrong case/wrong device type. Can I switch it?

If you ordered the wrong case and have not received a shipping confirmation yet, please contact us immediately so that we can change your order before we ship it out. If you ordered the wrong case and it has already been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. 

You can either fill out our contact form on our website or email us directly at support@goodvibecases.com. We'll always reply within 36 hours Monday - Friday.

 

» I am unsatisfied with my case. Can I return it?

Yes. Items can be returned in an unused, perfect condition for another design within 21 days of delivery. All return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense. Once we receive the item you would like returned, we will refund your order in the original form of payment. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
