We ship out orders either within two days of order placement. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation which will include tracking information for your order. Click here for more information. If you are unable to track your order, contact us here and we'll gladly help you out.
e-Gift cards are available to purchase here. e-Gift cards are sent to the customer's email immediately after purchase and there are no additional processing fees. It's that easy. We also offer 2-3 day Priority Mail for US customers.
If you ordered the wrong case and have not received a shipping confirmation yet, please contact us immediately so that we can change your order before we ship it out. If you ordered the wrong case and it has already been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible.
